Terms & Conditions

1. Custom Products

Every song is a personalized product created from the information supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, stories, and other requested details.

2. Lyrics and Revisions

Customers receive lyrics for review before final production. Revision limits depend on the selected package: one revision for Essential Song, up to two for Signature Song, and up to three for Legacy Song.

3. Production

Final production begins after lyric approval. Changes requested after approval may require additional time or fees.

4. Delivery

Digital files are delivered by email. Physical CDs are available as a $24.99 add-on for Essential and Signature orders and are included with Legacy orders in a standard clear CD case.

5. Personal Use

Unless a separate commercial license is provided in writing, customer songs are licensed for personal use and may not be resold, redistributed, or commercially exploited.

6. Payment

Payment is required before lyric writing and production begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
